On the first day of Christmas....

When I was a little girl my mom would give me a small gift every day counting down the Twelve Days of Christmas. This is one of my fondest memories from my childhood. The gifts weren't large, usually a pencil or coin purse. Not only was it fun but it's a great way to avoid the "Can I please open one gift?" leading up to Christmas Day. This year I decided to start this tradition for our girls. The gifts do not have to be a pricy endeavor. I purchased items from the dollar section at Target and I will wrap them individually for each girl. I hope they love it as much as I did and remember it for years to come.

Tell uabout you holiday traditions here.
