Help us celebrate the launch of mom2momdfw.com at our first Family Day at the Park, co-sponsored with River Legacy Parks and Metroplex Baby & Kids. Here are the details:

Where: River Legacy Parks Living Science Center, 703 NW Green Oaks Blvd. at Cooper Street, Arlington MAP

When: 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 20

Cost: Free

Parking:  Free and available in the back lot of the Living Science Center (the front spaces are reserved for handicap parking spaces) at Cooper and Green Oaks. Overflow parking is also available in River Legacy Parks. Margaret and Green Oaks. (Walk from parking back toward entrance and follow path and cross the bridge to get to Living Science Center)

Activities: Storytimes, nature walks, live animal observation, kids activities and interactive exhibits.

Door Prizes: Win door prizes. Drawings will be held every hour (must be present to win)! Here are some of the prizes that you could win: The Joovy® Kooper Buggy Stroller (pictured), Six Flags Over Texas Tickets, River Legacy Gift Basket, Cinemark Movie Passes, Metroplex Baby & Kids Savings Cards, After Dark in the Park Tickets, Mom2MomDFW.com Gift Basket, and much more!

ALL DAY: Craft Booth sponsored by KidsPark (Outside-West Entrance); self-guided nature activity (Multipurpose Room), Interactive Exhibits (Exhibit Hall), Snack Bar (Multipurpose Room- pick up gift bags here - first 250 who RSVP'd will receive a gift; one gift bag per family) will be available all day.

9:30 a.m.: Registration (all day) - Lobby

9:45 a.m.: Story time and related activity - Riparian Viewing Room

10 a.m.: Door-Prize Drawing (Must be present to win) - Multipurpose Room

10:30 a.m.: Mini-Nature Walk: Signs of Fall (smaller kids and strollers welcome) - Meet at Nature School booth

10:45 a.m.: Story time and related activity - Riparian Viewing Room

11 a.m.: Door-Prize Drawing (Must be present to win) - Multipurpose Room

11:30 a.m.: Mini-Nature Walk: Signs of Fall (smaller kids and strollers welcome) - Meet at Nature School booth
