Once you hit the "create new account" button at the bottom of the page a temporary password and further instructions will be sent to your valid e-mail address. Follow the instructions on the e-mail to activate your account. You will then be able to log back in with the temporary password. To change your password, click on the edit profile link next to your name at the top of the page. Under account settings, type in a new password, then retype the password to confirm.
